I received a letter from Proctor and Gamble Consumer Relations dated July 16, 2009, that states:
"I'm happy to share with you that there is no gluten in any of our Tide products."
Good news!

December, 2007, I was diagnosed with Celiac Sprue. No longer can I eat out without obsessing about ingredients or cooking techniques, casually "grab a snack" or cook like I used to.
